Inspired by MOTM by Fly and Nort, and all of the super cool AUs on Tumblr

They say the curse doesn’t kill.

it lingers. it settles in your bones, your memory, your voice.

It warps and aches and stretches you thin until you’re something almost unrecognizable, something that hurts just to exist. but it doesn’t take you out. not really.

that’s what the medication is for.

Everyone takes it. everyone trusts it. carefully measured doses, clean bottles, neat little labels that promise stability.

Not a cure, never a cure, but enough. enough to keep you standing. enough to keep you smiling.

the Ink Machine hums somewhere behind it all. always running. always working. no one questions it anymore. Not that it matters.

this is a world that functions.

Performers still take the stage. crowds still cheer. the lights are still warm and bright and forgiving if you don’t look too closely at what’s flickering just outside them.

Heroes exist. symbols exist. hope exists, packaged neatly and handed out in doses.

and if something feels off..

well.

that’s just a side effect.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

HIATUS IS ALMOST OVER

Well, it'll be over tomorrow

So, here's what's up!

But first... WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME MOTM UPDATED?!?!

As of posting this, I have yet to see it nor much of other people's reactions, but of the very few snippets I did see, I'm scared ;-;

And once I'm done posting this, Imma check it out 👍

But, back to your scheduled program (under the cut cuz it was getting too long):

Currently working on finishing up the chapter 2 draft of my "I Miss You So (We'll Take It Slow)" fic, so hopefully it'll be out later this month

Created a lot of fanchildren ;-;

So there's Evelyn (Bendystraw), Echo (Moonflower, I know, I'm shocked too that I even made one), and Rosaceae, Fragaria, and Rubus (Inkberry triplets! :3)

Evelyn and Echo are part of a silly comic I have planned based on this post

Also have a poem based on MOTM that's currently in the works!

And one for my upcoming Inkypetals Hanahaki fic that IS completed and will be posted at the end of the fic :3

I may or may not have created a silly joke AU called "Duck of the Machine" (MOTM x Duck Life) that I like to work on occasionally

Gonna be posting some old art, including some I found that I made in middle school (which also includes like 2 and a quarter doodles of Quest art I did ;-;)

Also gonna post some art I completed that's been sitting around unfinished heh...

Had some ideas for "Stained in Memories AU" that I gotta run by @1juniperberries1, but it's in the works!

Inkypetals fans are gonna be so fed, it's gonna be a BANQUET hehehe! And here's why:

Currently working on another AU with Inkypetals as its focus! It's called the "Unsaid Dandy AU" so keep an eye out for that! I will say it'll be a short/mini one as I do have 2 animations, maybe 3 mini comics, 1 poem and potentially 3 or 4 fics planned out for that. Though there might be more if I get carried away lol!

I've been quite productive the last three days, can't you tell? (the prior days I was mainly playing DW heh...)

Oh! Once my commission is fully completed, I plan on opening art/drawing and writing requests (mostly for practice before doing any more commissions)!

Annd I think that's it?

I know that there's quite a bit of other stuff I mentioned that I'm working on (like a bunch of fics and art), and all I can say is that they'll come soon! I've been doing better so I should be able to get more stuff completed :3

Yeah, I just did

AND I LOST ALL MY PROGRESS ON THE STUPID MELODY I WAS MAKING ON BANDLAB!!!
