Real question though, what was the answer?

This has bothered me for years. Am I missing something big?? Was there a series I neglected to read? Should I be connecting it to Wade’s “Don’t ask the one question you don’t want to know the answer to” thought from earlier, which referred to asking Cable what he’d do if he messed up again (the answer being that Cable would kill him)?

Did Sinister not want to hear that Deadpool is gay

Did Sinister not accept “best bud” as a valid reason for Deadpool to be searching for Cable, like why’d he ask again
