Cable and his new X-Force team are tracking down Caliban the former hound of Apocalypse, in the tunnels where they encounter not only the remaining surviving Morlocks, they got attacked by Amelia Voght and the remaining Acolytes. While the X-Force are fighting, Jubilee sees Caliban again but only this time, he is back to his skinny Morlock self instead of the muscular Hound Of Apocalypse. Frenzy explains to Cable that they are the remaining mutants who survived the Genosha Massacre and because their leaders are either dead or missing, they have little choice but to hide in the Morlock Tunnels. Since Magneto is no longer around, the surviving Acolytes are under the leadership of Exodus. As Caliban is too scared to help Jubilee, he gets his mind probed by Psylocke who searches for answers in tracking down the other Horsemen of Apocalypse. Satisfied with the answers of the whereabouts, Cable and his X-Force leave the Morlock Tunnels and spares the surviving Acolytes as they are more focused on hunting down the Horsemen and Apocalypse.

Funny Headcanon: The only food chain that exists in the Age Of Apocalypse is Shake Shack. Apocalypse lets them live with Cable and Bishop holding back the urge to hunt down its founder in the 90’s.
