not a writing request, just, imagine Derek holding momma kitty like a baby, baby talking to her, feeding her bits of his dinner. he walks around the house, carrying her like a baby. derek SWADDLING momma kitty.... AND bc Eric was the youngest, he's never seen his dad swaddle and baby carry a creeture but 🥺he is seeing now and he wonders if his dad carried him like that. he manages to find some old family pictures of derek holding him like that and gets a bit choked up.

Of course it’s not a writing request that’s your field, pal ;) but no srsly you can’t drop something so bittersweet in my askbox and not expect me to scramble to doodle poorly an amazing idea like this—
