My project last weekend (and a couple weekends before): Moving my garage workspace! 🔨😁 . My workspace was under the garage door track, which used to drip water and drop debris on my bench and worktable. Having to clean before I could start making and my in-process pieces getting wet/dirty was getting in the way of my desire to get out there and make. It took a couple weekends to determine if the move was possible (access to power, lighting, etc). On Saturday, my hubby helped clear out the new space in the back of the garage and move the furniture. On Sunday, I got the lighting set up and all the smaller tools/etc and in-process work back in place. I like this arrangement better. I’m no longer sharing space with the car, it’s a little less ugly, and I have more space than before.
