💌 To every traumatized age regressor 💌

Certain toys and cartoons trigger you and that is ok. It's ok if toys you used to play during your childhood trigger you and make you feel bad emotions. It's ok to avoid them. ♡

Some days you will be curled up in your bedroom floor, body shaking and tears running down your face feeling so small in a big, big world. You will feel like you once did when you were physically a child: frightened, unsafe, broken, unseen. Those are trauma signs. You are not broken. You are important, you are seen, you are healing (even if slowly). It's ok to have those days. It's temporary. You will be ok.

It's ok if you are jealous of actual children. Its okay if your heart hurts when u see children being taken care of, doing things u never had the change to do, with good parents, spoiled with love, attention and tons of toys. Its ok if u feel your heart breaking. You're not a bad person. I know you dont wish them bad things. You just wanted to have it too, to be loved and cared even if u are an adult. You're not bad. I promise.

I have so much faith in you. Keep going🌼

❤️🐞🎒Kid regressor things 🌱🐛🐌💚

🖍 all the crayons sprawled across the table so you can grab which one you want easily. The messier, the better!;

🎒 ripped backpacks because you always throw it on the ground;

💙 emptying the glue tube on your hands and CLAP 👏 , CLAP👏 , CLAP👏 until it’s all sticky and nice!!! (There’s no such thing as “ the glue is for you to use on paper, baby!” )

🏖digging in the sand with your shovel toys, searching for a pirate’s secret treasure!!! ;

❤️ burying your shoes in the sand so you can look for them like a true detective!! (You end up only finding one — ugh!!)

💚running barefoot across the house... the grass... everywhere.... shoes are overrated !! ...humph!!

🍄 If you are “forced” to use them you will (probably) have unlaced shoes all day long — oops 🙊

🐛 exploring your surroundings like the mini explorer you are ! Giggles and happy noises while you are observing the 🐞’s with your tiny 🔍 ;

🌳 tree climbing like a lil monkey (sometimes you are afraid of jumping back to the ground tho — you’re still a kid after all);

🚀 dirty bruised knees, dirty clothing, scrapped elbows;

🦋 butterfly hunting;

🍓has to be “ dragged” to eat because is too busy playing;

🌈 Rope jumping all over the backyard;

🛁 “ I am not dirty!! I don’t need a bathe” while whining and pouting;

⛵️ “ I didn’t play enough with my boat and duckie!! I need a little more time” , pouting and refusing to get out ;

🎨 hide and seek with your doggo — he finds you even before u got the chance to hide :(

🦕 “why do you I need to gather all of my toys if I am gonna be playing with them later???”

✧*✧ Magical age regressor’s town✧*✧

We got beautiful, cute houses. ♡ Strawberry shaped home??Pineapple home like spongebob’s one?? Walls made of chocolate??? Yep, you got it!!

We grow our own vegetables and we own a fairy garden 🧚‍♀️ where flowers and trees grow SO TALL like da sky and fairies make their dresses 👗 out of them!! 🌹🌷🌸🌼🌺

We eat strawberries 🍓 ...all da time... plant them... and then – ... eat some more...🍓 Oh!!! and—AND peaches🍑, blueberries, cherries 🍒, fresh and shiny apples 🍏 🍎 and yummy oranges 🍊

The sun ☀️ shines, bright in the sky ☁️🌤(ALL day LONG) and we feel warm inside. We play with da butterflies 🦋, feed our chickens 🐓 and chase our bunny 🐇friends wherever they go. We cry of happiness when we pet them (or make a new friend!! ) and we always acknowlege ours or our friends feelings!! We don’t shadow our emotions here ♡

We roll in the grass laughing until our tummy hurts, the wind tickling our rosy cheeks. The birds sing and they teach us melodies we have never heard before ♡ We sigh content ♡ We are safe here ♡ There are no loud noises or awful screams. Everything is calm and sweet!🍃

We face the stars ✨🌟 at night and they whisper to us all da stories they heard from the sky and we always, ALWAYS, listen!!! Because it’s important to always listen to what is important to our friends !! ♡

We play hide and seek with the moon 🌕🌝 ( she follows us everywhere!!!) and she always finds us (she is very good at hide and seek :( but she let us pretend we won )

We bake yummy pies dat we share with everyone ( @childre ‘s nana pie is the best :( because he bakes it with so much love and affection!! 💕💛💗 )

We help the bees 🐝 make the honey ( we try to!!! (with our tiny hands)but it is so sticky :c !!)🍯 and later we eat the sickly sweet honey with fresh bread 🥖 🍞 (usually early in the morning or uhhh- all da time and we get tummy ache ugh😖). We feed our tummy’s here because we know dat eating is okay and so important and our body needs it!

We are kind, caring and gentle to others and ourselves because we are all important. @poutyvixie always teaches us about self love and she gives us magical bandaids to our hearts when it is hurting a little bit ♡ we compliment each other everyday nd’ we 🧵 beautiful desses, pants, skirts and shirts to our friends as a present 🎁

We pet fluffy cows 🐮 and GiAnT, BeAuTiFuL, CuDdLY alpacas 🦙🦙🦙🦙🦙 (many of ‘dem!!) and @littlealpacacutie is their mamma ( they chose her bc they love her very much!!!) and she always lets us feed ‘em and play with ‘em !! (Very gently because we should treat animals friends with love!! )

Our town is very colorful and beautiful, royalty like bc @starbabysworld is the ARTIST 🌙💜 !!! She can turn e-v-e-r-y drawing into reality with her magical crayons 🖍!!!

You want a marshmallow bed???? You got it !

You want a Dino 🦕🦖shaped sofa????? Right away!!!!

You want a rainbow🌈 in da sky?????Don’t worry, she will draw it for you ♡

I feel like I've been in classes for 365476841654 days straight without a break, even though that is false because today was only day number 2 since fall break.

Damn.

I think it's just 'cause I'm sleepy, though. I sleep so horribly when I'm not sleeping in the same room as my babies. Booooo.

I'm doing homework, and little man is sitting in the middle of all of his toys reading a book.

Hopefully, he'll be a big ol' nerd one day just like mommy. (:
