I don’t think they genuinely think she’s a bad actress. I think their hatred for Hannah from the get go has blinded them to hating her and Yvonne no matter what. So they make shit up about how she’s terrible.

You are probably right, but there is so much about acting that is subjective. Not that I think they have a leg to stand on, of course, but still. Does that make me too optimistic/naive? Probably.
