New Mom Tip!! If you are using bottles like the Playtex Ventaire, here is a super easy cleaning tip! If you don't feel like cleaning each bottle after every feeding or your dishwasher is not full enough to run, try this quick tip! I came up with this method because I hated washing bottles after every feeding, esp nipples! I did not like leaving bottles all gross, covered in residue inside the sink. I also did not like leaving my bottles in a sink full of cold nasty water. Something about cold dishwater creeps me out! -Rinse the bottle out and fill it back up halfway with water. -Squeeze just a dab of dish soap in the bottle. -Put the nipple back on. -Shake the bottle. This will form suds inside the bottle that will bubble up and clean the nipple too. Then, just wash all your bottles later. I hate cleaning nipples and with this method, the bottle practically cleans itself 😉 *I would not use this method with Dr Brown bottles or any other bottle that has multiple inside parts.
