Paul sent me these pics from Bacino's in Chicago. I don't know how I feel about that sauce on top but look at stretchy that cheese is!!!!! Respect.

Anyone that's spoken with me about Chicago pizza knows that my favorite places in town are any of the Bella Bacino's/Bacino's locations around town. They just seem to take everything I hate about Chicago pizza and do the opposite, making for a wonderful pie. Flour (not cornbread or overbuttered) crust, a healthy dose of vegetables mixed up with the cheese and it's all somewhat low-calorie thanks to their part-skim cheese blend.

This was their signature bloody mary. I don't exactly remember what was in it but they did grind up fresh horseradish and topped it off with a baked piece of parmesan cheese. Terrific. It's also to note that the service here is great.
