Since demo day 16 is now officially over, here is a video of a quick runthrough with some techniques that can help you speedrun the game. It’s not a perfect run by any means, but it does show what can really help you go faster.

Backdash was probably the command I used the most in this game as it moved the character forward faster than the walk command.

Added backdashing if you’re on the ground. I’m not sure I’ll keep this mechanic. If I do decide to keep it, which is better? A) Separate buttons for dash and backdash B) Pressing dash without holding left/right will let you backdash, if you hold left/right you do a normal dash in that direction (current)
