Se volete ottenere delle #patate al forno morbide dentro e croccanti fuori: sbollentarle prima per 15 minuti (già tagliate), poi conditele con olio evo, sale e rosmarino e proseguire la cottura nel forno preriscaldato a 220 gradi per altri 15 minuti.
