Last of the series. I just want to say that since losing 10 kg from the beginning of my weight loss journey, I’ve gained a lil confidence and increase my self esteem a bit. I’m 10 more kilos away from my goal and I know this final 10 kg is gonna take double or triple the time to get rid of but I’ll get there eventually.
