Gonna try and shift to my backrooms DR tonight in hopes of seeing my childhood best friend/sweetheart, his name is Adrian (not his real name, but it’s what I’ll be using for online purposes,) and I made this DR specifically so I could spend some more time with him.
This DR is basically just me and him running around in the backrooms together, documenting our experiences and having fun together.
I for what we reason have turned into this cute alien creature with three eyes, and the entities seem to trust me more and attack me less because of this.
Ima work on my backrooms dr!!!!
entry 002 - how it works
you may or may not have seen the previous post, so if you haven't hi! my name is nick, and i've been exploring the Backrooms for the last few weeks. this is all via reality shifting!! if you have seen the last post, also hi! but you already know the other stuff. so. okay, this is how it works. i have my gdoc of info i already knew about the Backrooms, and that was sort of like my script. i also keep in mind the writing room which ill explain in a second. i go level by level, and have it scripted like a video game. AKA, before i shift in, i pick which level to start on (has to be one i've been to before) and then get it all going. then the video game part comes into play! if i am in a near-death situation that i can't get out of, i've set it so that i will automatically go to the writing room. if i do have to die to progress (it's a needed part to get to another level or something like that) then i have it set so it's always quick and painless. if i do end up dying, then i am sent to the writing room. video game! the writing room is a mainly brown room that i have scripted that is sort of an in-between space. i go there after every time i die, or if i am in a bad situation that i can't get out of or if it could negatively affect me in real life. after every time i die, i get to write an entry in an infinite little book about the level/s i had been on before i died. then, once i'm done writing, i can either go back into the Backrooms or just go to sleep for the night. it's not a very complex system, and it works well for me. feel free to try for yourself! who knows, maybe we'll see each other! that's all for now, good night!
BACKROOMS DR.
LOG ENTRY #02.6A
ENTITY: Selûne, the Siren
LOCATION: The Poolrooms
STATUS: Benevolent, friendly
THREAT LEVEL: Low (unless threatened)
As we know, the Poolrooms exist as a parallel to the Backrooms. Instead of being filled with dangers and hostile entities, the Poolrooms are significantly calmer. As far as we are aware, this is only one entity in the Poolrooms who will even interact with people who find themselves there.
INTRODUCTION TO MY BACKROOMS DR

BACKSTORY
In order to escape my household, I planned to run away, but something terrible happened when I did. The day I left my house, I packed my bag with the essentials. (phone cable, snacks, extra clothes, sanitary products, etc.) So LUCKILY, I was prepared when I accidentally was transferred into the backrooms. It was very hot the day i ran away, and I wasn't very hydrated so I passed out on the concrete and woke up not knowing where I was in the backrooms..
My first day in this DR starts in Level 0, which is relatively safe. I don't really know what happened, I just start walking around. I remember hearing about this in the real world, something called "the backrooms?" but I always thought it was something someone imagined. never would I think it was REAL all along. Some of that knowledge came in handy as I didn't have any wifi on my phone to look anything up.
Fast forward a bit, and I'm one of the youngest members of M.E.G, my job being to help wanderers come to our faction and stock up on supplies. I make my way through the backrooms aiming to get to The Hub, which I've heard from other wanderers is where M.E.G is located. In Level 1, I find my way to the base First Light, where M.E.G recruits me and I join a group of wanderers with varying backstories.
PEOPLE
These are some friends I meet along the way or people recruited from M.E.G for our journey from level 1. We all have different destinations, mine being The Hub, another's being the Backrooms Barnyard, and 2 going to the Magellan Initiative.
WHATS IN MY BAG
phone
phone charger
ipod
first aid kit
journal
pocket knife
multi-tool
walkie-talkie
portable battery
water bottle
blanket
lighter and matches
extra 2 shirts, 3 socks, 3 underwear, and 1 pair of pants

THE BACKROOMS
The backrooms are usually safe, especially in the first level. As long as you're careful about which levels you're entering, you should be safe. In my opinion level 0 was the hardest since I didn't see any wanderers, but once I reaches level 1 I was able to have help from other wanderers!
SCRIPT
everything from this post
I can sense when entities are near and I can easily avoid them
I cannot die in this dr
I don't have my period
I have a lot of stamina and I can survive off of little sleep if needed
I have first aid and medicine knowledge
That's all for now! I might do a second part!
entry 003 - my thoughts on Level 0
you may or may not have seen the previous posts, so if you haven't, hi! my name is Nick and I've been exploring the Backrooms for the last few weeks. this is all via reality shifting!! if you have seen the previous posts, also hi! still Nick. I will now begin the actual post. I've been to Level 0 probably too many times to count, and it doesn't really get better. it's always large, disorienting, and constantly unsettling. I don't like it one bit, but to each their own. I usually try to spend as little time as possible on this level, though the only reason I keep coming back is to try and learn even a little bit more about it. maybe spend a little bit more time in the Manila Room (super interesting, by the way. take a stop by if you can if you go to the Backrooms for any reason) I don't personally reccommend going to Level 0 unless you want to have a massive waste of time and constantly feel like you're going crazy. the buzzing of the lights is loud, the carpet makes weird squelching noises when you step on it, and you can hear tapping on the walls sometimes. I've starved on this level a few times after forgetting to bring food with me.
in my personal opinion, do not go to Level 0 unless you have to in order to properly begin. that's all for now, good night!
