Thank you @unbridledsims and @mysimsloveaffair for this tag! I choose Roy and Joël, and the toddler pics below depict the two of them at Appaloosa Plains Infants’ School, which is where they first met, 26+ years ago. Their friendship was sealed when Roy up-ended a bucket of sand over Joël’s head in the sandpit, and the teacher, Mrs Allambie, forced them to hug and sit next to each other for the rest of the afternoon.

At the age of 3 Joël was already walking the walk.... 

...while Roy was well on the way to perfecting his trademark devious grin.
