Were you one of the people who back in high school thought they’d have all their lives figured out by the age of 25? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I was one of those. * I honestly thought I’d have a career, some kind of desk job, and be married with kids by at least 27 lmao. * I’m 28 you guys! Fresh out of 27 and I still have none of those things. Not for a lack of trying on the studies/job department though. * That’s a story for another long caption 😂😂😂 * Anyway. I’ve embarked on, bit only a weigh loss journey but on a #selflove one as well. * I’ve always been a big/heavy/fat girl, call it whatever you like, and my self-esteem has suffered tremendously thanks to that. Over the years it just got worse and worse. I’ve always complained but have never actually done something about it up until now. At least I’d like to think I’m doing something about it. * Not just the physical stuff but my mental health. I want to get healthy. Be healthy and grow as a healthy woman. * My relationship with God suffered as well. And I want to do everything I can to mend it and keep working on it.
