Ryan Nyquist is living the lives of three people right now.
He has his Pro BMX career that is in its 20th year which he still contributes to and is still setting trick goals and getting good contest results, then back a couple years back he took upon the challenge of learning how to ride a MTB, last year making it to the biggest invite only comp of the year (Joyride), he’s also a Dad with 3 young boys to care for, with the help of his wife Ali.
Ryan has a really full plate and as long as the new challenges are there and ambition levels stay high, Ryan will be still on deck.

Back when i rode a TON!!!! When school slows down, I have a few tricks I want to work on. Mainly ride more, but yeah, I want to work on vert a bit, I've been posting videos of Jamie Bestwick so obviously I have been into very lately, I want to try and ride a vert ramp again. At six flags, that one sucked! it was too bumpy!
