Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the bacon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. While the bacon is cooking, toast the sourdough bread slices until they are crispy and golden brown.
