Can’t believe you’re following me!! I hope I’m not too boring haha…  Anyway, today at work everyone was super sceptical when I said I was aiming for a healthy April/rest of year/rest of life. Understandable as I’m constantly trying and failing to be healthy! But having a total stranger (aka you, awesome lady that I have been following recently and been totally inspired by!!!) say you believe in me has really made me feel like I can do this… Been very low today so basically just wanted to say thanks for that little bit of encouragement!! I know this is random and you get a ridiculous amount of messages like this, but I really appreciated it. You’re wonderful! Alex xx

Whether we are completely different shapes etc I saw myself in you when you posted my photo with your caption. I knew you were part way there to believing in yourself and you needed one more nudge from someone who knows you can, especially with your skeptical people!
