Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb bacon, finely chopped. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg, beaten.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, chopped bacon, onion, parsley, and ground beef should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Make small meatballs on an ice tray and put them on the grill grate. Turn the meatballs over every so often on the grill for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are cooked all the way through and have a nice char on the outside. Take them off the grill and give them a minute or two to rest before you serve them. If you want to add even more flavor, you can brush more BBQ sauce on the meatballs before serving.
