Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1 egg. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, onion, pickles, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Then add the ground beef and bacon. Mix everything together well. Put the meatballs, which should be about an inch across, on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. The meatballs should be cooked all the way through and browned after 20 to 25 minutes in a hot oven. To make the sauce, mix the ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Give the meatballs and sauce to dip them in. Have fun!
