Ingredients: 1 cup of bacon bits. 1 cup of unsalted butter. 1 cup of granulated sugar. 1/2 cup of whiskey. 1 bag of marshmallows. 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup of chopped pecans. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Whisk in the whiskey and granulated sugar, stirring constantly until the mixture takes on a deep caramel hue. This ought to take ten to twelve minutes. Add the vanilla extract and bacon pieces and stir. Let the bacon cook for a further two to three minutes so that it begins to crisp up. After lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, evenly distribute the chopped pecans on it. Spread the caramel-bacon mixture evenly across the pecans as you pour it on.
