You can fool people but that makes you a fool for doing so
How will I discipline the kids
Well, first I'm going to give them stars or tokens for every good deed. But when they do one bad deed, I'm going to get more.
Future child: but why will you take lots of tokens? I only made (sibling) cry once.
Me: I'll take one because you took (sibling)'s toy and that's bad. I'll take another because you made (sibling) cry. Then I'll take another because you broke your promise to not be bad.
Cruel for a kid, sure. But he/she has to understand early in life that one simple mistake or one bad move can ruin everything you've worked hard for; and you have to live with it and strive not do it again.
P.S. Dear future me, rethink this. We don't want to be the cause of our kids going into therapy or lying to us.
Every look, word, intention & action will be seen on that day. Never belittle a good or bad deed no matter how small you may think it to be.
Bird Lady: Did you know that a good deed erases a bad deed?
Kevin McCallister: It's late. I don't know if I'll have enough time to do enough good deeds to erase all my bad ones.

✿“Shaytan is our biggest enemy because he likes to mislead us, make us lazy in worshipping Allah, even whispering evil things into our hearts—Shaytan promised Allah that he will mislead the children of Adam saying :✿ “O my Lord! Because you misled me, I shall indeed adorn the path of error for them (mankind) on the earth, and I shall mislead them all” ✿(Quran 15:39).✿ ✿But at the end of it all on the Judgment day, Allah will not hold shaytan accountable for whatever sins we make. Every soul will be responsible for itself — Allah responded to shaytan by saying: ✿“Certainly, you shall have no authority over My servants, except those of the astray who follow you. And surely, Hell is the place promised for them all” ✿(Quran 15: 42, 43). ✿ ✿So as much as we like to blame shaytan for our bad behaviors, he has no control over anyone. He only whispers and calls us to do sin and those who follow him will bring destruction and bad ending to their own souls.”✿ Oh Allah Make Me Consistent ♥ ♥ ameen ya ALLAH ♥ ♥
No. 37 of the 40 Hadiths of Imam al-Nawawi: On the authority of Ibn 'Abbas that the messenger of Allah, among the sayings he relates from his Lord is: "Allah has written down the good deeds and the bad ones." Then he explained it [by saying that]: "He who has intended a good deed and has not done it, Allah writes it down with Himself as a full good deed, but if he has intended it and has done it, Allah writes it down with Himself as from ten good deeds to seven hundred times, or many times over. But if he has intended a bad deed and has not done it, Allah writes it down with Himself as a full good deed, but if he has intended it and has done it, Allah writes it down as one bad deed."
