You're not gonna believe this, but tonight J and his spouse had their friend over for grill dinner and invited me too, so it was the first time I had seen or hung out with J's friend since my equinox party, and I STILL REALLY LIKE HIM lmao

Last night J and his spouse fed me (and others) and I got to hang out with an old friend of theirs that I really like, and another old friend of theirs who I hadn't really met much before. And then they all hung out at my house for a little bit!!!

And tonight K and her meta and her meta's husband (both of whom I love) fed me and I got to hang out with them and talk to them as much as I have always wanted to but never been able to.

It's been a lovely weekend for quiet people getting to hang out without the loud people, and having a lovely time talking with one another more than we usually get to 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

And it's been a lovely weekend for people feeding me, which is pretty much the best thing that can ever happen ever.

I got stir crazy again and decided to walk to the new ice cream place tonight. So I texted J and his friend because they both live on the way there and I have been isolated AF. *I have never asked J's friend to do anything with me alone before* (it wasn't clear whether J was going to join or not). We've only invited each other to group things til now.

He didn't get back to me til after, but he said he'd join next time! I said ok, and he then he said to please make sure I do invite him next time, so he can try THE SAME FLAVOR I GOT

Which makes it three for three on us having the same favorite desserts.

I love how the city empties out on holidays. But that also means there are only two restaurants open in the whole neighborhood, and everyone you know who stayed in town is at them.

Which is why when J and I went out to dinner, we ran into

- bad idea scorpio (J's friend)

- J's spouse's friend (who also went to school with bad idea scorpio)

- my neighbor who lives behind me

J's friend who I like is moving MUCH closer to us than he already was, and I am unreasonably excited about it
