I’ve been watching movies with extreme violence and horror since I was a little lad but I must say that NOTHING has traumatized me more than watching the Joker beat the shit out of Jason.

I had no idea about anything that happened in the comics and I used to just watch all the DC shows and movies that came on TV so I was shocked.

I literally HATED Batman for a very long time after I saw it and I lowkey still do. Like yeah the Batfamily is cute and cool or whatever but these children needed to be children.

I don’t have a problem with him having Robins but most of them start off so young… They deadass can’t even reach the top shelf and you’re having them out there fighting criminals

And I know that there’s probably some theory or comic or multiverse thing along the lines of “if Dick doesn’t become Robin then in every universe he becomes the Evil Machine Gun Man, who kills people with his evil machine gun” but I don’t care.

Batman is very cool but he will always be a horrible father and a horrible person.
