Rex wants to show the citizens his new self and how much he cares for each and every one... starting with BCGC unfortunately?

Emmet, Lucy, and Unikitty chasing after him outside of screen.

Lol if that’s Bad Cop’s reaction upon seeing Uni-Rex, what was Good Cop’s reaction??

Somewhat same reaction but with a bit of a worried "oh my" and more concerned about Rex's mental state.

A sudden change in demeanor like this is not normal in a good sense usually.

Idea

Rex isolates himself (after not back to the futureing) an is basically becomed the Jim Carrey Grinch, living outside of syspocalypstar city hating the happyness and being immature.

All locals fear him except Emmet, Lucy, bad cop/good cop, Mayhem and a few other friends.

Emmet and Lucy have to drag him out (dramatic kicking and screaming) to socialize and slowly reform him.
