I just wished that Lucy wasn't so hated in the fandom due to how she was written in movie 2. Sure, I get that a lot of ppl don't like how she mistreated Emmet at the beginning of movie 2 and that she barely said anything positive about him to defend him. That's completely reasonable especially if you really like Emmet.

But I feel like a lotta ppl forget that she realized that what she did wasn't nice and even APOLOGIAZED to him at the end of the movie, which means that she isn't an asshole 100% of the time because she had the GUTS to apologiaze to him.

No offense to Emmet ofc but I think that a lotta ppl also forget that Emmet did pushed some of her boundaries when they first met even after she told him that she had a boyfriend at the time, so Lucy isn't 100% wrong.

Idk, while Lucy isn't the best character of all times, ppl really forget that she's at least trying the very least.

If anything, pin the blame on the writers for making her dislikable, not on the character itself.

Small AO3 update.

I really don't like to say this but I kinda lost my motivation to keep working on my series I was writing over the last months.

It's not because I hate the lego movie or writing fics about it. I really liked to write lego fics! I'm just not in the mood anymore to keep going with my series. My motivation kinda sucks already, plus my autistic brain is mostly too tired to do anything.

So yeah, from now on, there may be some lego fics that I may write, but they won't be tied to my series anymore.

I just don't like how villains (not only lego movie villains but villains in general too) are always motivated to do what they do for such petty reasons like DO I LOOK LIKE I CARE IF YOU'VE GROWN UP WITHOUT YOUR PARENTS OR BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAD A GREAT CHILDHOOD??

Like, President Business' motivations were to Kragglize the entire world just because he wanted to be recognized by everyone, which is REALLY petty imo. Does it look like I care if you didn't received enough attention? Then you go on your way to trick everyone into false hope just so they worship you? Really lame and petty.

And while I hate to admit this, Rex kinda had petty reasons too, sorry. :( He just wanted to trigger human extermination because nobody cared enough about him to rescue him from Undar. Although, Rex's actions had better motivations compared to Business (even if they aren't justifiable), because he was put through LITERAL SUFFERING!! Business meanwhile just wanted to take over the world because he was a spoiled child who grown up because he didn't got enough attention.

As for Watevra? Pfft, in case she ended up being the villain, her motivations would be even flatter than the other two, because she was probably just gonna trigger the Armamageddon at Apocalypseburg (that's what it was possibly gonna happen) FOR NO DAMN REASON. She had literally had no connections to Bricksburg (if you don't count her being created by Emmet) and if she was the villain she'll just attack them for fun, which is not even a good villain motivation...

Wanna know something really upsetting about a "dead" fandom? The only "content" regarding it is just people making reaction videos or commenting about fun facts that the entire world knew already, the main example being the FUCKING PLOT BEHIND BENNY'S CRACKED HELMET I AM SO TIRED OF PPL ONLY COMMENTING ON THAT LIKE BRO EVERYONE KNEW THAT ALREADY 😭😭
