One of the most thing I love about Alex is the way she reacts to Piper, like how the confident, charming and dangerous Alex looking at her so tenderly And so in love. I’ve been rewatching 6x12 and this is my thoughts when I saw the way alex locked eyes with Piper and then said “I love you too pipes”.

Absolutely! As an aside…I love how many times they’ve exchanged ILY’s in season 6; I counted them up and it’s the same # as all the ILY/Iheartyous from s 1-5 *combined* (check out this nice gif set showing all those times). And the ILYs in s6 are expressed with an ease and a confidence in their relationship that we haven’t really seen before (ie. their first, shy ILY’s early in their relationship, the Iheartyous in place of ILYs bc of Alex’s wariness, and Alex’s “I really do love you” in 2x13 that’s followed by Piper’s “Yeah, well I hate you”). They’ve come such a long way :)

Getting back to your ‘ask;….I rewatched that scene in 6x12 and I see that ease and confidence in their relationship in Alex’s “I love you too, Pipes” (look at how soft Alex’s smile and face are when she says this). Even though they’re in Max, I got the “We can do easy” 4x12 bunk scene vibes from that s6 scene :) Unfortunately, Alex *just* sold her soul to Carol to protect Piper from Badison, and Piper has no idea what Alex sacrificed for her (Piper’s “Now we can spend the rest of our time in here without living in fear.”—oh the irony! :(

Why do you think Badison hated Piper so much? Was she jealous of her because she 'saw money, education and opportunity' or that she had someone who loved her - all the things she never had? Was she resentful of the fact that Piper is tall and beautiful and assumed she was popular when she was in school? Did Piper remind her of the people who bullied her in school? Or did she just sense that Piper was weak and an easy target and that she didn't belong there in prison?

How come that we never had a scene or even the tiniest hint of someone hitting on Alex? the hot steamy Alex!

I don’t know why more inmates haven’t hit on Alex (altho we don’t know if anyone tried before Piper came to Litchfield), although I suspect that once they knew about Alex & Piper as a couple (”Twitter's got nothing on prison”, as Piper said to Taystee in 1x13), no one tried because they knew they’d get shut down...and quickly. It’s obvious (well, to me lol) that Alex only has eyes for Piper (the looks they give each other in public, their heart eyes, etc) so ppl don’t bother trying ?? Just my guess. 

Badison made some suggestive comments to Alex in the shower room in 6x07 when they were alone ("You gonna make me do something X-rated? I can get real kinky"....UGH). I'm not sure if she was genuinely interested, or if she was trying to make Alex uncomfortable (because Badison is a little shit).So, to answer your question---I can’t think of anyone other than Nicky and Badison. Boo has made some comments about Alex to Nicky (” Playboy's Vulcan of the month is single again. Not that she's screaming fun these days.”) but she hasn’t flirted with her (although I think she would definitely do it if she thought she had a chance lol). If I’ve left anyone out, please send me a DM.
