Finished:
So I just finished One Night In Scotland by Karin Hawkins and omg so good. I love a steamy romance and i’ll be damned if that wasn’t just so. I adored Mary’s character a ton, too, something that’s rare for me in this genre.

Recommended to me by badlybehavedbookworm as a good introduction to the world of historical romance was Lord of Scoundrels! (I have her copy)! So far so good! Just finished the prologue and I'm enjoying it!!
My romance novels are all tucked into my bedside cupboard so I can grab one before bed. I also have another 80 odd as ebooks on my phone. I prefer regency/historical and fantasy romance but also enjoy some nora roberts. Fav authors (if I had to pick XD) squished into my cabinet of love Eloisa James , Mary Balogh, Jean Johnson, C.L. Wilson and Nora Roberts
Booklr I need your help!
The wonderful Dydi ( fandomsandship )told me about this book she found and gave me the title and the first paragraph of the book but can’t remember the author.
The first paragraph is: “And finally the girl I’ve been looking for... The one I’d been tracking, preying, scolding, and scavenging the universe for since the day I was born. It was her. The girl I used to be. Then I picked up the gun and shot her in the face.”
I NEED to find this book. Apparently the author died and wanted her books to be taken from the shelves when she died and so all copies that aren’t sold are going away or being sold and no more will be printed. I don’t know but I need to find a copy of this book.
Can you help me out? Please signal boost.

Some things I cannot change But till I try, I'll never know!
Sing to me the song of the impossible ship - for my heart is full of Arthur/Morgan feels. *sob*
WAAAAHHHHH well my dear, since we’re both already crying about it, we might as well dive right into the MOST TRAGIC PART OF THEIR LOVE STORY:
“Thus of Arthur I find never more written in books that be authorised, nor more of the very certainty of his death heard I never read, but thus was he led away in a ship wherin there were three queens; that one was King Arthur’s sister, Queen Morgan le Fay...” - Malory
“Black-stoled, black-hooded, like a dream - by these Three Queens with crowns of gold: and from them rose a cry that shivered to the tingling stars, and, as it were one voice, an agony of lamentation...” - Tennyson
“When they saw the wounded king, they gave a cry of grief that seemed to rise to the stars. Then they lifted him into the barge. The tallest put his head on her knees, and took off his broken helmet. She called him by name, weeping bitterly.” - Maude Radford Warren
“Arthur was said to have been buried at Glastonbury; to be sleeping in a cave; to be living in Avalon with Morgan.” - Persia Woolley
“He was beyond pain, and so she did as he asked, resting her head against his arm. We will be together, he told her. Believe that. This is only for a little while. We were always meant to be together, you and I. She did believe him, and some of his peace crept into her own heart. Arthur, she said. Arthur, my love.” - Joan Wolf
“’Morgaine, you will not leave me again, will you?’ ‘I will never leave you again, my brother, my baby, my love,’ I whispered to him, and I kissed his eyes. And he died, just as the mists rose and the sun shone full over the shores of Avalon.” - Marion Zimmer Bradley
It's like Twilight-Gate on my dash and I love it.
