The penultimate in hotheaded comic relief characters with tragic pasts that are repeatedly struck by excessive amounts of misfortune. Now you need to make it a three-way fusion with Okuyasu to complete the comic-relief holy trinity.

Quick to anger, first to jump into a fight, hates unfair battles, always aims to keep spirits high, and has a great knack for making friends - or so he says; he’s obsessed with looking cool and flashy, but can actually be quite immature and obnoxious, despite appearances, and has a bad habit of souring first impressions by blurting out crass jokes at the worst possible time. Still, he’s incredibly earnest, thinks swordsmen and knights are the coolest thing, and he would die for you.

He makes a big point of wearing a harness and a sheath and everything, and while his stand is a blade, it’s not physical or bound to anything - he’s just got a regular fencing blade to keep up knightly/gentlemanly appearances and show off to others. He genuinely is proficient at fencing and swordplay, though.

He’s also a big fan of The Rose of Versailles.

I’ll be honest, I was initially going to just paste a picture of Propeller Knight and call it a day for his stand.

His stand, as previously stated, is a tool type stand (similar to The Emperor or Beach Boy) that takes the form of a rapier.

With its attachments, you could almost call it a propeller blade.

Jokes aside, in addition to generally being a very sharp and pointy sword, it’s able to produce powerful winds that capable of slicing opponents, propel the user (or any other given individual holding it, within a limited distance of the user), and also launch its blade.Said blade will also explode into fireworks if it travels far enough without striking anything, and may sometimes light like a sparkler if left embedded in a surface for long enough.Neither of these effects have any actual destructive power beyond the blade itself.

The blade’s propulsion ability has a few uses under normal circumstances:

Can give the wielder limited flight of up to 5 metres above ground.

Can reduce the rate of descent from - or allow the wielder to hover at - higher altitudes.

Can propel the wielder straight forwards at incredible speed as a lunging type attack.

The wielder will not experience any wind resistance whilst using the blade.

The stand itself has no real weight capacity, so it will behave in the same manner, regardless of if it’s carrying a single person or five - it’s worth noting, however, that all individuals not directly touching the stand will experience the effects of wind resistance.

When the blade is detached from the handle and apparatus, its propulsion ability becomes exponentially stronger in exchange for the bulk of its power, allowing the user to fly up to a staggering 50 metres from the ground, and at an even greater speed. When lunging, this speed is too great for the human eye to follow, making it ideal for fast travel and evasive maneuvers.
