We’ve only seen pt4 Kira being into women’s hands so far. He loves them because they’re so smooth/pale/soft/etc and it seems he likes painted nails too. I guess I headcanoned him being straight but here are facts that could push the rule here:

  -Ojiro Sasame was straight up gay for those hands because of how beautiful they were, which sets the bar high in hand quality

  -His hands are also smooth/pale/soft/etc

  -Both Kiras are pretty full of themselves, pt8 kira is obsessed with himself/narcissistic and pt4 kira is obsessed with being superior to others (so pretty close to narcissism too) which leads to believe pt4 Kira could possibly be into himself (again technically)

With that in mind, either pt4 Kira has a very curious fascination with pt8 Kira’s hands or we can lean onto a very much more into women but bisexual pt4 Kira.
