Hello. I am a long time nail biter. I’ve been struggling with this for about 16 years. I’m desperately trying to quit. Its interfering with my career. Currently I am 3 days no bite. My nails are yellow due to to anti bite polish I’ve been using. I’ve also found that I am less likely to bite my nails if I keep them looking shiny so I’ve been keeping clear coat on them. Looking for support!
