Talking to people about trying to be healthy WHILE living with a chronic, invisible disease is maddening. But actually v grateful the doc acknowledged my problem and prescribed me meds even though my levels were only "borderline" low according to the stupid scale. She even said that those guidelines are dumb and that my levels were definitely low. Thanks doc, u da real mvp for doing your job and not being a butthole. Didn't take my ADHD meds today so I'm just a stream of incoherentness. Kbai.

Thyroid making me so tired I'm about to fall asleep at work

Today has been an awful thyroid day. I woke up with a migraine, felt alright for a few hours in the afternoon then had a headache again. I had an insane mood swing from happy to bitchy. I became so energetic at 11:00 when I have to be up at 5:00.

Yes. Today I'm "still" tired. I cannot help that. It's a bad day for my thyroid. Please. Stop acting like I can control this. I can't. Yes, I'm still tired. Yes, it's 3 pm and I'm still sleeping. Stop making it sound like I'm doing something wrong. For about 2-3 days now my joints & muscles have been AWFUL. Every where. Usually it only happens in my knees or elbows, but it's been every where these last few days. I'm so tired I can barely stay awake and I work till 9:15 tonight. I feel so disconnected to my surroundings today.
