Ingredients: 4 bagels, split and toasted. 8 oz 225g smoked salmon. 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of tomato. 4 slices of red bell pepper. 4 sprigs of fresh dill. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Spread a generous amount of softened cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bagel. Layer smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Add a slice of tomato, some red onion slices, and a lettuce leaf on each bagel. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place a slice of red bell pepper on top for a hint of sweetness and crunch. Garnish each bagel with a fresh sprig of dill. Top with the other half of the bagel to complete the burger. Serve immediately and enjoy!
