Dan goes berserk because he never spent his time with himself as a human. He developed uncontrollable powers because of his anger towards the enemies hunting for his pearl, but he reacted on the simple facts.
His monstrous form after losing humanity from his own mistakes is based off his partner, no dragon or yokai goes berserk because they were peaceful yet powerful beings, it only comes from human hybrids.
Imagine MS Dan’s plot change and transformed into a kaiju dragon in front of the brawlers
