Mediterranean, Prosciutto & Burrata Flatbread

All Veggies Flatbread w/ Balsamic Reduction
I also made this for the dinner party. Originally, it was suppose to be Mediterranean Flat bread, but I couldn't find anything Mediterranean except for olives. So I just threw on some veggies, just to balance out the rich meal.
INGREDIENTS:
1 piece flatbread
1/2 yellow pepper - sliced
1/2 tomato - chopped
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Drizzle olive oil onto a piece of flatbread
2. Add on cheese then top with vegetable toppings
3. Layer some cheese on top
4. Bake at 200'C for 10 minutes
5. In a saucepan, heat up balsamic vinegar until it reduces to a smaller volume
6. Add in brown sugar and stir until mixed
7. Take out flatbread from oven and drizzle the reduced balsamic onto the flatbread
