Ingredients: 1 lb dried navy beans. 1 onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup molasses. 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 4 cups water. 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled.
Instructions: Rinse the navy beans and pick out any debris. In the Instant Pot, combine beans, onion, molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and water. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 45 minutes. Allow natural release for 15 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure. Stir in the cooked and crumbled bacon. Set the Instant Pot to saut and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the beans reach your desired thickness.
