This Velveeta Rotel Dip made in an Instant Pot is great for parties or game day. People can't stop eating it because it's creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed. 1 can 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, undrained. 1/2 cup milk. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: In the Instant Pot, combine cubed Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, milk, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Close and lock the lid, ensuring the valve is set to 'Sealing'. Set the Instant Pot to 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' mode for 5 minutes on high pressure. Once cooking is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release for any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid and stir the dip until smooth and well combined. Switch the Instant Pot to 'Keep Warm' mode to maintain the dip's temperature while serving. Serve the Velveeta Rotel dip warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
