These herbed chicken nuggets are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor from the combination of herbs and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 egg, beaten. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 200C 400F. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken nuggets. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway through cooking. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
