Enjoy crispy and flavorful French fries without gluten! These baked fries are seasoned with garlic powder and paprika for a delicious twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

OVEN BAKED FRENCH FRIES! This is a super simple recipe to prepare some yummy healthy starch for your littles. I used organic russet potatoes and an orange sweet potato. Scrub the skins and slice into sticks about the same size. Rub all lightly with olive, avocado or melted coconut oil.season with your favorite spices. I used Italian seasoning, real salt, cracked black pepper and garlic powder. Bake on parchment paper in a 400 degree preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve with your favorite probiotic rich food. I used carrot pickles for this lunch.
