Watching the latest episodes of Outlander, I was certain I’d seen the printshop location, Carfax Close, before when I visited Edinburgh - lo and behold, I had! It’s Bakehouse Close and I knew I’d photo’d it.
I just found this in my drafts, and it’s reminded me I’ve been meaning to post about my trip to Edinburgh for the fringe festival a few weeks ago! I have stories and photos I want to share, as well as the link to my wordpress blog which I’m taking more seriously...
In the meantime here’s the Outlander related photos I took while there! On a walking poetry tour of Edinburgh we went to Bakehouse Close which is a regular filming location in season 3. There’s also this wonderful painted cut-out of Jaime outside of a shop just outside the Grassmarket which sells swords.
