Strawberry Cruffin 🍓
“Cruffin” is a combination of “croisssant” and “muffin”. This place has been well-known for their great crispy croissants🥐. Some of their pastry and bread are also fantastic as well. Just like their croissant, this strawberry cruffin has a crispy, flaky outside, it’s soft inside and filled with nice custard cream.
However, I would say that there is space for improvement as the flavor of strawberry isn’t pronounced and natural enough, plus the syrupy glace is a little bit too sweet for me. Though it’s still a pretty nice cruffin in general.
