Ingredients: 1 cup whole wheat flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 cup peanut butter unsalted and unsweetened. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup water. 1 egg. 1/4 cup shredded carrots optional. 1/4 cup mashed banana optional. 1/4 cup oats for decoration, optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, applesauce, Greek yogurt, water, and egg until well combined. Add the shredded carrots and mashed banana if desired. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Divide the batter evenly into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Sprinkle oats on top for decoration if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a pupcake comes out clean. Let the pupcakes cool completely on a wire rack before serving them to your furry friend. Remember to remove any paper liners before letting your pup enjoy their treat.
