Banana Bread 93kcals per slice

190ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

90g Whey Protein Powder

1 Tbs baking powder

40g Dark chocolate chips

20g Oil

130g Plain Flour

1 tsp Cinnamon

BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE🍌🍫

🍭 refined sugar-free

🥛 dairy-free

🌾 gluten-free

Ingredients 📝 :

🔸150g banana 🍌

🔸60g certified gluten-free oat flour 🌾

🔸24g coconut oil 🥥

🔸24g erythritol 🥄

🔸36ml almond milk 🥛

🔸A teaspoon baking powder 🥄

🔸A teaspoon vanilla extract 🥄

🔸Chocolate chips 85% 🍫

🔸A pinch of salt 🧂

🔸Healthy Nutella 🌰

Tip: if you prefer, you can use the Kinder Bueno filling instead of the healthy Nutella. ✨

Steps🍴:

🔹Preheat the oven to 180°C.

🔹In a large bowl, grind the bananas along with the almond milk. Then add the coconut oil and the vanilla extract and mix again.

🔹Add the dry ingredients (oat flour, salt, and baking powder) and mix until combined.

🔹Add the chocolate chips and integrate them with a rubber spatula.

🔹Squash the balls with a fork to create the cookie form.

🔹Pour the dough into the mold and place it in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

🔹Remove from the oven and wait until it has cooled down completely.

🔹For the frosting, spread healthy Nutella on top of the cake (you can find the recipe in older posts) and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

AMAZING banana, chocolate and nut bread from @healthfulradiance 😍😍 omd guys this was immense. I veganised it by replacing the eggs with two chia eggs and used @nomochocolate. It is so squidgy and dense, I just can't get over how delicious it is! I couldn't wait until it was cool and managed to get chocolate all over my face as my housemate kindly pointed out 😂😂
