Baking for Good spent last weekend at the Youth Trade Fair Conference in New Bedford, Massachusetts, where we spoke with Whole Foods Market representatives about our products.  We learned so much and had a blast meeting all our fellow young entrepreneurs.

Tasty Thursdays: Pumpkin Whoopie Pies By: Jay Carlon

What is your favorite fall seasonal dessert? Mine is pumpkin pie... Oh wait, no it's pumpkin bread... definitely pumpkin bread! Actually, maybe pumpkin pie -- I'm so indecisive! Luckily, I've found a confectionery solution at Baking for Good: our new Pumpkin Whoopie Pies! 

Rich in flavor, our pumpkin whoopie pie is filled with marshmallow cream that's dashed with some pumpkin extract.  The cream is squished between a spice-filled pumpkin cookie-cake, made with REAL pumpkins!

This dessert is definitely the solution to my indecisiveness with fall treats. It’s a perfect combo of the creamy pumpkin pie texture with a nostalgic spiciness of pumpkin bread. Try one for yourself and tell us what you think!
