Mistaking Miss Yin
【☯】I should have stayed indoors today, Chikara thought bitterly to herself.
The weight of the humid air unceasingly pressed against her. Droplets of perspiration had accumulated on her forehead. Heatwaves drifted up from the blacktop of the streets among the idling cars waiting for traffic.
Xin was trailing alongside her, as he always seemed to do. He seemed to be enjoying the warm weather, unlike Chikara.
Perhaps she was only imagining things, but everything around Chikara seemed distorted and blurred. Her once consistently brisk pace had noticeably slowed.
She placed her hand on a nearby building in attempt to get her bearings. Why did she feel so weak and lightheaded?
Chikara was vaguely aware of the world plunging into an unexpected blackness, and the cement beneath her feet rising up to collide with her.

Hallen finally was back from a week long trip and he was so tired that he passed out on the couch and wasn't able to make it to his bed. He looked terrible when he woke up and the sunburn on his back was terrible. "Umm, I might want to fix this. But I don't want people to see my scars." Hallen ran upstairs and put the bandages over his arms, covering them completely. He gently put aloe on and heard the doorbell. The male quickly ran down the stairs with only his pajama pants and the bandages on. Hallen opened the door with a cheery smile, "Hello there. May you be in need of assistance?"
Two men want enchantments
"Salutations visitors!" Edward said pleasantly surprised that it was two men who had arrived this time, a nice change of pace. "I am Edward lyons, master enchanter. If you want an everyday ordinary object to do magic, I can help with that. Now, what magic do you want done?"
Roxy blinked in surprise. "Hey guys. Where's the party?"

"Welcome to Maid-latte Master." She addressed them politely giving them a low bow.

Peace and harmony gave nothing to him. Why should he reciprocate?

I t was a fair spring day in Beijing, China. The weather had been ideal enough that Chikara would be able to take a decent enough walk. She hadn't been particularly fond of the fact that the bright sun was hanging overhead, though.
Scanning her eyes over the passages of the thick novel she held in one of her hands, Chikara wasn't really paying any regard as to where she was going. Luckily, whoever passed her had enough common sense to politely maneuver around her.
Glancing up momentarily from her book, Chikara thought she noticed a familiar face ahead of her on the path she was taking.
