First workout completed since being ill/moving out saga. I did this 📀 from poundland of all places. I was actually impressed. I wanted to do something fairly basic so that I could start a programme comfortably tomorrow... but in actual fact THIS could be a pretty good programme or part of an existing programme full stop. No equipment needed, no impact and I reckon you could still do this in a small bedroom/lounge. Possibly good if you like to do active rest days but aren't a fan of pilates or yoga. Still a sound full body workout and I think I am going to take a look into more of Tracy Anderson's methods. Only thing that I would say is, be prepared to watch and skip back to some of the exercises as some of the movements are quite intricate and you won't see them whilst looking at the floor.
