But I made the most boujie latte today in honour of my coffee and book chat with @georgiapeach30513 last night.
Used my fave beans (George Howell 🤤🤤) for a shot of espresso, pistachio syrup, pistachio barista milk because let’s go all in and Irish butter steamed inside.
It’s so good… it’s creamy and pistachio-y. Just delicious. Don’t get me wrong. I love just regular half and half (5%) but I love the science of trying different plant milks and creamers. What do they taste like, how to they steam and froth, is the viscosity 🍆💦 (I’m looking at you Milkadamia) hahahahaha
Anyways - I’m going to drink this and read my new thriller on my balcony and daydream about Andy Barber
