काठमाडौं - प्रधानमन्त्री बालेन्द्र शाह संयुक्त संसद् बैठकको क्रममा सरकारको आगामी आर्थिक वर्षका नीति तथा कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत भइरहेका बेला अचानक बाहिरिएको घटनाले राजनीतिक वृत्तमा ध्यान तानेको छ।
