How Can I See What I’ve Recently Watched on Instagram?
Instagram is full of endless reels, posts, and videos. You scroll for a while, find something interesting, watch it… and then suddenly it’s gone. Maybe you refreshed the app, maybe you lost it in the feed.
And honestly, it can be a little frustrating when you want to find that exact video again but don’t know where to start.
The truth is, Instagram doesn’t always make this easy.
But there are still a few ways to go back and find what you’ve recently interacted with.
Your Activity (The Main Place to Check)
Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top corner, and open Your Activity.
Here you’ll find everything Instagram keeps track of from your interactions: likes, comments, and more.
It’s basically your personal history of engagement.
Likes & Comments
If you liked a post or commented on it, you can easily find it again inside:

●Comments
This is often the fastest way to rediscover content you’ve seen before.
Watch History (If Available)
Some accounts may have a Watch History section under “Your Activity.”
If you see it:
●Open it
●And you can browse recent reels or videos you interacted with
●Usually within the last 30 days
But not everyone has this feature yet.
The Hard Truth
If you didn’t like, save, or interact with a video…Instagram probably won’t show it again.
There’s no full watch history for everything you simply viewed.
A Small Tip
If something catches your attention, don’t just scroll away.
Like it. Save it. Send it to yourself.
Future you will thank you.
And if you didn’t like, save, or comment on a video, you can still try to recover it by copying the reel link and using free online tools to download or save it for later, which can help you keep important content without losing it in the scroll again.

After landing in Dubai, I took a short break for refreshments at the airport before continuing to one of the city's most iconic destinations—Burj Al Arab. The purpose of my visit was a business meeting, and the impressive surroundings provided the perfect setting for productive discussions and valuable connections.
Following the meeting, I spent time exploring the remarkable interiors of Burj Al Arab. One of the highlights was the stunning fish aquarium, which added a unique and luxurious touch to the experience. I captured photos and videos throughout the visit, preserving memories of both the business and leisure aspects of the journey.

After completing all the necessary formalities—ticket verification, luggage check-in, and security checks—I took a moment to relax with a cup of coffee while capturing some memorable photos and videos of the journey ahead.
Soon, it was time to board my flight to Doha, Qatar. Watching the world from above was a reminder that every journey starts with a single step and a clear purpose. After landing in Doha, I checked into my hotel, took some rest, and prepared for an important meeting.
The meeting went well, bringing new experiences and valuable opportunities. Afterward, I enjoyed a quick meal and spent some time exploring, taking a few more photos to capture the memories of this short but meaningful trip.
As the day came to an end, I headed back to the airport and boarded my flight home. Though the journey was brief, it was filled with learning, gratitude, and progress.
