so the word "woman" etymologically has nothing to do with wombs and everything to do with "wyf" but let's pretend that isn't the case for a minute
if women are literally named after wombs (in the sense of "womb human", or "womb-man"), it feels a little unfair for men to just be "men". so what could men be named after? one thing that stands out is "balls". so the equivalent to "womb man" would be "ball man"
